The award also acknowledges that Livingston & District AAC are a forward-thinking and proactive club committed to implementing and sustaining a strong club structure.
The club were presented with the award at their Open Meeting held at Craigswood Stadium in Livingston.
Livingston & District AAC have recently started their own junior section for seven to eight year olds and are also hosting a series of Open Meetings throughout the Summer. They have put in place a fantastic welcome pack for their members.
In partnership with the other West Lothian Clubs over the summer they are promoting a series of coach and athlete development sessions.
On receiving the award Club President and Secretary Alistair Dalgleish said: 'The club accreditation process provided a useful opportunity to review how the club is run, and in our 40th anniversary year it's great to have formal recognition for the hard work of the club's volunteers'.
