Teams for the 2014 Medley Relay were drawn randomly at the end of the training session tonight and, with 70 relay entrants making up 14 teams, it's the strongest field to date.

The relay consists of mixed age/gender teams of 5 athletes running a 400m, 300m, 2x 200m and 100m.
