The first National Indoor Championships of the 2015 Season were held at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow on 3rd January, with the 3000m titles being decided in conjunction with a Glasgow Miler Meet.

Jake Thomas smashed his personal best, reducing it by 20 seconds, to finish 2nd in the 'C' race with a time of 8:53.97. This placed Jake 4th overall in the U20 Championships.

Jake's time of 8:53.97 is also a new U20 club record and overall club record, bettering the previous time of 8:56.42 set in 1984!
