National Combined Events Champs Highlights

Two weeks ago, six Livingston athletes were at Grangemouth Stadium for the Scottish National Combined Events Championships.

Well done to all six athletes who set a combined total of 12 improved personal bests and 1 seasons best during the competition!

In the overall results, Fraser Morris was 5th in the U13 Boys pentathlon with 1125 points, Tia Henry was 4th with 2724 points and Eve Allison was 9th with 2112 points in the U15 Girls pentathlon, Matthew Boules was 6th with 1534 points in the U15 Boys pentathlon, and Taygan Henry was 4th with 4126 points in the U17 Womens heptathlon.

Congratulations to Tia Henry who set a new club record for the U15 Girls pentathlon with her score of 2724 and to Taygan Henry who set a new club record for the U17 Womens heptathlon with 4126 points. Taygan's throw of 26.12m in the javelin was also a U17 Womens club record.
