Arrangements for the Club Cross Country Championships on Saturday at Dechmont Law Park, Livingston:

DECLARATIONS
Declarations will open at 10.30 AM in the Gallery at Deans Community High School, Livingston, EH54 8PS, and will close 30 minutes before the published start time of each race.

Vest numbers should be worn front only and secured with 4 safety pins.

CAR PARKING
Car parking is also at Deans Community High School. The start/finish areas are a 5-10 minute walk from the school car park.

11.45 AM - U13G / U13B (1.7K)
12.00 PM - U15G / U15B / U17W (2.4K)
12.20 PM - U17M / SW / SM (3.9K)

REFRESHMENTS
Tea/coffee and home baking will be available in the Gallery at Deans Community High School.

We would be most grateful for more donations of home baking please.

KIT / SPIKES
New members don't need to wear a club vest and trainers are fine if you don't have spikes yet.

As the course is currently in good condition, long spikes are not recommended and short spikes are advised.

VOLUNTEERS
It takes a lot of volunteers to ensure the smooth running of athletics competitions. Thanks to all those who have volunteered to help already, details will be emailed to you shortly.

We're also looking for a few more parents (or athletes who aren't competing) to help to ensure the event runs smoothly and safely.
