Another reminder that the club's AGM and Annual Awards Evening will be held on Wednesday 18th November in the sports hall at Craigswood Sports Centre.

All club members and family are invited and encouraged to attend.

Doors open at 7.25 PM with the AGM starting at 7.45 PM, followed by the presentation of club championship trophies and then the annual performance and endeavour trophies.

There is therefore NO training on Wednesday night.

CLUB KIT

Club kit including vests, crop tops, shorts, hoodies, t-shirts and tracksuits will be available for purchase on Wednesday night.

The club also have a stock of replacement spikes in various sizes and a new batch of club vests and red shorts arrived recently.

TOMBOLA

We're also looking for donations for a tombola stall. If you have any unwanted gifts, please bring them along and hand in at the start of the evening.

Thanks to those who have made donations already.

CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHIES

Trophies from the Club's Track & Field Championships in September will be presented to the overall 1st/2nd/3rd placed athlete in each age group.

The trophy winners are decided using the UKA Award scoring tables with the winners in each age group having the highest points total.

ANNUAL TROPHIES

There are also fourteen annual trophies to be presented for performance and endeavour during the 2014/15 season, with the winners decided by voting from club coaches and team managers.

CLUB CAPTAINS

Members will be able to vote at the start of the night for their choice of male and female club captains for 2016 with the results announced during the AGM.

The captains should encourage and support other athletes at training and competitions, acting as role models and setting a positive example to other athletes with a near perfect training and competition attendance record.
