The National Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday 27th February at Callendar Park in Falkirk.

There are separate races for each age category and the course distances are:

U17W: 4.8K
U17M: 6.4K
U20W: 4.8K
U20M: 8K
SW: 8K
SM: 12K

All athletes who have competed in the East District League races during the season are encouraged to enter the National Championships.

For all Scottish Athletics District/National Championships, the club submit entries and pay entry fees - please enter online using the link below before midnight on Sunday 7th February. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

U13: Born 01/09/02 - 31/08/04
U15: Born 01/09/00 - 31/08/02
U17: Born 01/09/98 - 31/08/00
U20: Born 01/09/95 - 31/08/98
SEN: Born 31/08/95 or earlier

Volunteers are also required from each club to assist as course marshals. Each club has been asked to provide at least one marshalls and you can choose either an early shift (11.30 AM to 1.30 PM) or a late shift (1.30 PM to 3.30 PM).
