Additional Training Opportunities (Ages 13+)

The club offer three training sessions per week at Craigswood Sports Centre for athletes aged 13+ who compete regularly in team competitions and who are prepared to put in the effort to progress.
  • Monday 7.00 pm
  • Wednesday 7.00 pm
  • Friday 5.15 pm
On Monday nights there is a multi-events group, an endurance group and a sprints group. On Fridays there is an endurance group, a sprints group and a hurdles group.

If you are aged 13+ and would like to do additional training to help you progress, please speak to Alistair to discuss training options.

The membership fees for athletes who train twice per week are £18 per month or £24 per month for three sessions per week.

Please note that the track and field facilities at Craigwsood Sports Centre are NOT available for individual/public/ad-hoc access during club training sessions, and members using the facilities during club training sessions should be training under the supervision of their allocated coach and paying the fees detailed above.

For club athletes aged 9-12 looking for additional tranining, this is available via the club's "Run, Jump & Throw" programme.
