Throws Grand Prix - Sat 23 July

The third round of the scottishathletics Throws Grand Prix takes place at Craigswood Sports Centre on Saturday 23 July.
Craigswood Sports Centre is the venue for every round of the Grand Prix series, with the final round on Saturday 3 September.
Events
All throwing events - shot putt, discus, javelin and hammer - are available at all meetings in the series.
Prizes will be awarded throughout the age groups with more details to be announced soon by scottishathletics.
The series, as in previous years, will incorporate Hammerama and will also include IPC events for seated and ambulant athletes.
Entry
Athletes must enter online in advice via the scottishathletics website. There are no late entries or entries on the day. Entries close 7 days before the event.
The entry fee is £5 per event.

There are four meetings during the summer. The dates and venues for 2016 are:
