Great to see 10 members of the club's jogging group in action at the Falkirk parkrun last Saturday.

Well done to Sofia, Karen, Theresa, Ruth, Laura, Alan, Viv, Louise, Alex and Matthew! Thanks to coach Steve for his support.

The group meet every Wednesday night at 7.15 pm in the reception area at Craigswood Sports Centre and run from 7.30 pm.
