Last Wednesday and Thursday, 28 Livingston athletes were representing their schools at the Scottish Schools Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Congratulations to Tia Henry who was second in the O16 Girls high jump and third in the O16 Girls shot putt. Tia's throw of 10.55m in the shot putt is also a new U17 Womens club record.
Outside of the medal positions, there were a number of fantastic performances from Livingston athletes. In the O16 Girls 1500m, Sarah Calvert set a massive PB and new club record in 4:38.66 to finish 4th, and Hazel Shanley also finished 4th in the O16 Girls 60m with a PB and club record of 7.84.
Matthew Boules also had a two 4th places finishes in the U16 Boys high jump (1.70m) and long jump (5.85m), and there was 5th place finishes for Isla Calvert in the U16 Girls 1500m (4:52.61) and Iona McDonald in the U16 Girls 300m (42.53).
