Livingston sprints coach Bob Douglas was in action in Denmark last week at the European Masters Championships.

Bob progressed through the heats and semis of the 400m to finish 8th in the final in 61.63, which also secured him a place in the GB M60 4x400m team.

The relay team won a gold medal with a GB M60 4x400m record of 3:58.93!

Bob was also competing in the 100m (13.82) and 200m (28.21).
