The main club training night is Wednesday from 7.00 PM - 8.45 PM at Craigswood Sports Centre, Livingston, where we offer a variety of training groups to suit athletes of all ages and abilities.
For junior athletes, we have several "Run, Jump and Throw" groups where everyone is encouraged to try a variety of events, with the emphasis on developing skills and improving fitness. This prepares the athletes for competing in a range of events at the various competitions at which the club participate.
There is also training available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. These sessions are more event specific and your Wednesday night coach will give details about these sessions if they think you are ready to progress.

Training costs for the main Wednesday night session are included in the club membership fees and there is no charge for the Sunday session.
On Tuesday nights, athletes need to pay a fee, per session, at the sports centre reception, currently £2.50 for children and £3.70 for adults, unless you have a West Lothian Leisure Xcite membership which includes track access at anytime except Wednesday nights.
To get the most out of training, athletes should not be eating food (especially sweets or crisps) immediately before a session. Mobile phones and MP3 players are also not allowed during training!
At all sessions, the parents of junior members are welcome to stay and watch (or help out!).
The club's main Wednesday night session is available 50 weeks of the year, throughout all half term, summer and Easter holidays, with only a 2 week break over the Christmas period.
The availability of sessions on other days is dependant on the availability of individual coaches. Your coach will always advise you if the arrangements for those other sessions change.
