Run, Jump & Throw Club (Ages 5-12)

Regular weekly training and full athletics club membership starts from age 9, for children who are ready to progress. Progression is at the discretion of the lead RJT coach.

Ages 12-18

For secondary school aged athletes, entry to the club is via a block of taster sessions that are run every two months. The taster sessions give potential members a chance to find out about the club, sample the training and take part in a competition, before committing to full club membership.

Please use the link below to find out more about the next planned sessions:

Next Taster Sessions (Ages 12-18)

The club don't accept new members on training nights outwith the organised taster sessions, so please can we ask all members not to "bring along a friend" to training sessions.
