Three Livingston athletes were in action in Kilmarnock on the weekend of 16th and 17th August, competing in wet and windy conditions at the Scottish National Senior Championships.

Shawn Wright was 4th in his 400m heat in 51.09 which secured his place in the final the next day, however he did not start the final.

In the mens 800m, Jake Thomas was 5th in his heat with a time of 2:04.97.

Out on the field, Stephen Leek was 5th in the javelin with a throw of 35.17m.
