The National 'Short Course' Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday 7th November at Bellahouston Park in Glasgow.

There are separate races for each age category and the course distances are:

Course Distances
U15: 2K
U17: 3K
U20/SEN: 4K

All athletes who have previously competed in the East District League events, or intend to compete this season, are encouraged to enter the 'Short Course' Championships.

For all Scottish Athletics District/National Championships, the club submit entries and pay entry fees - please enter online using the link below before midnight on Sunday 25th October. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.
