Teams for the 2016 Medley Relay were drawn randomly at the end of the training sesion tonight, with 62 relay entrants making up 12 teams + 2 reserves.

The relay consists of mixed age/gender teams of 5 athletes running a 400m, 300m, 2x 200m and 100m.
