The Scottish National Senior Championships were held two weeks ago in Aberdeen with Ian Hardacre and Stephen Leek representing Livingston.

Both athletes were in action on the Saturday in wet and windy conditions.

In the men's 400m, Ian finished his heat in 4th place with a time of 51.26, just missing qualification for the final by fractions of a second.

Stephen was 5th in the javelin with a throw of 38.40m, which was his second furthest throw of the season behind his personal best of 39.78m.
