The second round of the National Junior Athletic League took place at Sheepmount Stadium, Carlisle on 25th May, with five Livingston athletes selected to compete for Team Forth Valley.

Personal best performances were achieved by Craig McDowall, running the 1500m in 4:18.0, and Jennifer Crilly, throwing 24.80m in the Women's Javelin.

Team Forth Valley, competing in the Tyne Division, finished round two in 2nd place but still managed to hold onto 1st place overall.
