National Relay Championship Results

The club had 20 athletes competing across 5 teams at the National Sprint Relay Championships, held at Grangemouth last Sunday in conjunction with the Forth Valley Flyers Championships.

In the U13 Girls 4x100m, the team of Maia Campbell, Lucy Boules, Roxanne Hardie and Megan Forrester finished 6th in the final in 60.23.

The U15 Boys 4x100m race was also a straight final, with the team of Ryan Duncan, Rhys Ross, Angus McDonald and Logan Campbell finishing 4th in 52.17, narrowly missing a bronze medal.

The Senior Mens 4x100m team also finished their final in 4th place, with the team of Ricky Arthurs, Matthew Power, David Threllfall and Ewan Ballantyne setting a new U20 Mens club record with 45.91.

In the U17 Womens 4x100m, the team of Rebecca Calder, Iona McDonald, Katie Craig and Emmie Meechan were 6th in their final in 52.39.

There was a Senior Womens 4x400m team entered for the first time a number of years, with Abby Duncan, Hannah Mairs, Eilidh McFadden and Nikki Kinghorn securing silver medals with 4:47.68.
