The East District Cross Country Championships were back at Aberdeen on Saturday, with seven Livingston athletes competing.

Congratulations to Isla Calvert who was the bronze medallist in the U17 womens race. Isla completed the 5.5K course in 20:46, with Katie Craig finishing 10th in 22:34.

In the U17 Mens race, also on a 5.5K course, Alastair Marshall was 6th in 18:37.

Roxanne Hardie was 40th in 14:03 in the 3.2K U13 girls race.

In the U15 girls race, Shannon Prevost was 23rd in 17:38 and Sophie Ure was 34th in 19:16. The girls were running on a 4.0K course.

Well done to Isla, Alastair and Katie who have all now automatically qualified for the Inter-District Championships in January with their top 10 finishes.
