Good luck to all the club athletes who are competing at the National Cross Country Championships at Callendar Park, Falkirk, on Saturday.

Vest numbers and chips should collected at the course from Sandra or Stephen. Please allow plenty of time for parking, making your way to the course and warming up.

If anyone entered is no longer able to compete, as the club submitted and paid for the entries, please let the club know.
