Our sprints coach Bob Douglas was in action in Torun, Poland, at the World Masters Indoor Championships.

Bob set a new Scottish M65 record in the 400m semi-final with 63.60, narrowly missing a place in the final.

In the 4x200m relay, Bob's GB M65 team won silver medals with a new GB M65 record of 1:51.66.

Bob was also competing in the 200m, and finished 3rd in his heat with 28.53 to qualify for the semi-final. In his semi race, Bob was 5th in 29.39.
