The third final round of the UK Youth Development League was held last Sunday, with Team Forth Valley travelling to Trafford for the Northern Premier match.

Well done to Ricky Arthurs and Lewis MacIver who both represented the team in all three matches this season.

Both athletes also set new 400m personal bests on Sunday, Ricky with 52.85 and Lewis with 53.05, with Lewis also setting a new 200m PB of 24.49.
