Club captain Alastair Marshall completed his first 10K on Saturday, in the Cambuslang "Down By The River" race with 6 inches of water to run through in places and 30mph winds!

Alastair finished 4th overall and 1st in his age category in 32:51, which currently places him 3rd in the UK rankings.
