Annual Awards Family Disco & Fundraiser - Fri 27 Oct

We're having an Annual Awards Family Disco and Fundraiser at Deer Park Golf & Country Club, Livingston, on Friday 27 October.
The format will be the same as our 2022 event, with the usual annual awards, a buffet, disco and lots of great prizes.
All club members and family are invited and encouraged to attend. Children aged 14+ can attend without parents.

Annual Awards
There will be two sets of presentations during the Annual Awards:
1. Annual Performance and Endeavour Trophies
There are fifteen annual trophies to be presented for performance and endeavour during the 2023 season, with the winners decided by voting from club coaches.
2. Club T&F Championship Trophies
Trophies from the Club's Track & Field Championships in September will be presented to the overall 1st/2nd/3rd placed athlete in each age group.
To be eligible for the overall trophies, athletes should have competed in a mixture of track & field events, and competed in 3 events for U11s to U15s or 4 events for U17s and Seniors.
For U11 athletes, the overall trophy winners are based on a count of medal positions on the day.
For U13 to Senior athletes, with a wider selection of events available, the scottishathletics SATS Performance tables are used to decide the overall trophy winners. The tables are available below.
Using the tables, the faster you run or further you jump or throw, the more points you get, with the winner having the highest points total. Medals and placing on the Club Championships day don't matter, it's the seconds and centimetre of your performances that count!
