Livingston Athletic Club's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday 27 February at Inveralmond Community High School.

Doors open at 7.15 pm with the AGM starting at 7.30 pm.

Fully paid-up club members aged 16+ are entitled to vote, and parents can vote on behalf of members under 16.

There is one space on the board of trustees. As recommended by Scottish Athletics, trustees should be recruited to perform a defined role. Some examples of where assistance is required are:

• Community Engagement/Partnership Working Coordinator
• Event Organiser
• Social Media Coordinator
• Facilities Coordinator

More detailed role descriptions can be provided on request. Expressions of interest, or any motions, should be submitted by Sunday 18 February.
