The National 'Short Course' Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday 2 November at Kirkcaldy.

The event is open to all Club/RJT athletes.

Entry

For all Scottish Athletics District/National Cross Country events, the entry fees are covered by your club membership subscriptions or RJT fees.

Please enter online using the links below before midnight on Wednesday 16 October. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

Course Distances

There are separate races for each age category and the course distances are:

U15: 2K
U17: 3K
U20/SEN: 4K
