Track events are seeded by personal best in an open graded format. Field events are organised as per the timetable, usually by age or gender.

At this league, athletes can select their own events. Please speak to your coach at training if you need advice on which events to enter.

Parent Helpers

To compete in this league, parents are required to help the officials, either with field events, as athlete stewards or with declarations.

Age Groups

All club members in the Under 17 to Senior age groups are eligible to compete in this league.

U17: Born 01/09/2008 - 31/08/2010
U20: Born 01/01/2006 - 31/08/2008
SEN: Born 31/12/2005 or before
