Scoring

The trophy winners are decided using track and field scoring tables. The faster you run or further you jump or throw, the more points you get, with the winners in each age group having the highest points total.

For U11 athletes, the UK Athletics Academy Award scoring tables are used.

For U13 to Senior athletes, with a wider selection of events available, the scottishathletics SATS Performance tables are used.
