Entries are open for Round 1 of our Junior Grand Prix series, on Saturday 11 April.
This is a fun introductory club level competition, suitable for children of all standards, from the U10 to U16 age groups.
At every competition athletes will compete in individual events (run, jump and throw) and a team relay.
This local competition opportunity is provided free of charge for Livingston club and RJT athletes, but we do require parents to help out 2/3 times per year (more details below).

Closing Date: Midnight on Thursday 9 April 2026 (No late entries and no entry on the day)
Cost: FREE for Livingston athletes (but parents required to help 2/3 times per year)
Eligibility: This ia a closed event for Livingston club and RJT athletes only
Medals: All competitors will receive a medal after the relays
Parent Helpers
For each event to go head, we need at least 20 parents to volunteer to help the coaches and officials.
The tasks usually involving helping at field events, relay changeovers or with declarations. No previous experience is required and experienced officials will be there to guide you.
Please add a note to the entry form if you have a preference for which role.
If enough people offer to help, then parents only need to help for an hour, not the full morning.

U10: 60m x2, Standing Long Jump, Turbo Javelin, 4x100m Relay
U12: 80m, 150m, Long Jump, Turbo Javelin, 4x100m Relay
U14: 100m, 200m, Long Jump, Javelin, 4x100m Relay
U16: 100m, 300m, Long Jump, Javelin, 4x100m Relay
If any athletes would like to take part in an 800m, instead of two sprint races, please add a note to the entry form.
