Sarah Calvert produced an outstanding performance at the British Milers Club Grand Prix at St Mary's University, Twickenham, on Sunday 9 August, finishing third in the Women's 1500m A race in a new personal best of 4:02.25.

In an exceptionally fast race, Sarah finished just behind winner Ava Lloyd and Canada’s Lucia Stafford, with the top four athletes all breaking 4:03.

Sarah’s time also set a new Livingston AC overall 1500m club record, improving her previous best of 4:04.33 by more than two seconds.

The performance continues an excellent season for Sarah and represents another significant step forward at 1500m. Congratulations to Sarah on a superb run and a new Livingston AC club record.
