On Saturday 23rd February, the final cross country event of the season is taking place at Callendar Park, Falkirk.

All the athletes who have competed in the East District League races during the season should be considering entering the National Championships.

There are seperate races for each age group from under 13 to seniors. Course distances are: U13 - 3.2K, U15 - 4K, U17W/U20W - 4.8K, U17M - 6.4K, SW - 8K, U20M - 8K and SM - 12K.
