Teams for the 2025 Club Championships Medley Relay will be drawn randomly during the week at training.

The relay consists of mixed age group teams of 6 athletes (aged 9+) running a sprint medley relay, with a gift voucher for the winning team.

The 66 relay entrants have been split into 6 pools based on date of birth. One athlete will be drawn from each pool to make up 11 teams.

Teams can decide their running order and team name on the day.
